For your reading and viewing pleasure, here are some of the top resources I came across this week.

Top Nutrition Video:

This comes from Dr. Susan Kleiner,  the author of The New Power Eating.  She shares some great recipes for building muscle, decreasing inflammation, and more.  Check it out her:

Top Article on Program Design:

Pete McCall has a great take on putting together a smarter exercise program.  He compares a training plan to a recipe.  Throwing random ingredients into a pan and hoping for a delicious meal is not a smart way to cook.  The same goes for your training.  When you understand the ingredients better you can plan for a better workout.

Top Exercise Resource:

Ok a little self promotion here.  But years ago I created a website on the burpee.  I know what is so great about that.  Well I created 99 variations of the burpee I think you might enjoy.  So if you need to spice it up a bit, see how you like some of these variations.

Check them all out her:  https://www.99burpees.com

Top Obstacle Video:

Megan Beck, aka The OCR Trainer, has some great tutorials on overcoming obstacles.  Here was one that I think is really helpful to help prep for the Irish Tables you may come across in your next Spartan Race:

Well that is it for this week.  I hope you pick up a few great tips from some of these resources.  I will be back next week with more.
