In this post he shares all the different components of a warm up including soft tissue work, stretching, and activation. Josh always has great insight into how the body is suppose to move and how proper training can improve movement.

This was a really interesting one. What do you currently do between sets? Just hang out and wait for the next one? Well you may be missing out on some potential gains. This study was a review of a number of different interset strategies such as stretching, heating, cooling, vibration, foam rolling, posture, aerobic exercise, and more. You can see which strategies lead to improvement and which may impair your workout.
