Are You Ready For This Spartan Challenge?
I recently submitted this Kettlebell workout to Spartan.com for their exercise library. This workout I wrote awhile ago but I changed the sets and reps to make it more Spartan-like. You can check out the video below for a description but try this scheme instead.
3 exercises, 3 reps, 10 rounds.
KB Clean with Lateral Step
KB Push Press
KB Gladiator Get Up
Perform 3 reps on one side, then the other. Rest for 1 minute and repeat.
