On June 26th, 2016 Spartan Race put on an amazing event. The idea was to get as many people active doing the same workout at the same time. Our studio was one of the host facilities that participated in this event. There were 100 facilities around the world participating with over 4,000 participants sweating together and working hard. This was such an amazing experience and I was thrilled to be a part of it. Here are a few pics and videos from the event.
I thought you might be interested in trying out the workout we did. The great thing is you don’t need any equipment for this. You do need a partner for the second circuit.

Finisher:
We had a little “fun” to finish up with such a big group. We all did a wall sit and had to pass a 14lb MB back and forth. For you try and perform a 2 minute wall sit to finish.
Hope you enjoy the workout as much as we did.
