Off Season Training For The OCR Athlete

Are you training year round exactly the same?  If so you are not living up to your full potential.  Training for OCR’s can be incredibly demanding on the body.  Without a proper training and nutrition regime you could be dramatically reducing your progress and increasing your risk of injury.

There are different types of training and diets to follow depending on where you are in your training.  All sports follow this principle and OCR is no different.
