How’d you do? You may have noticed that some of these tests were very difficult. If not you either move very well and can go ahead with most training programs OR you didn’t complete the tests as accurately as you think. It is very rare that I work with someone who doesn’t have an issue in at least one of these areas.
If you found that you struggled in one or more of these tests you want to address these issues before participating in a training program. You don’t have to be perfect, but any limitation will lead to issues down the road.
