By far the most common obstacle failed are ones that involve grip.  More specifically ones that involve hanging.  After seeing a sea of people in the burpee zone during my last race I felt it necessary to post this.  Way too many are failing these obstacles.  A little more work now means a lot less burpees later.

Over the next few days I will be posting a few quick grip drills you can work on. Try adding these in depending on your skill level.
