After some time off, it is time to get back to it. I think many find themselves stuck when trying to get back into a routine. Whether it is putting a new podcast out, or just getting back into a training routine or habit, it takes a lot of work. It may be simple but it is not always easy. To help me get going on episodes I share some tips I offered a friend to get back into training after a few years off. Hopefully this helps you if you are stuck like it will help me getting new great episodes out again.
