Attention SoCal Spartans!
We are currently looking for 10 Spartans who will be racing at Big Bear in October to participate as beta testers for a new 90 day training system.
If you are planning on racing the Spartan Sprint or Beast you may be eligible to join our 90 day coaching program. We are looking for Spartans who are looking to improve confidence, improve performance, and minimize their burpees for this race.
This is a 12 week program that includes a complete training system that is designed to:
- Improve strength to overcome any obstacle.
- Build endurance so you can manage in the altitude, hill climbs, and overall distance.
- Show proven strategies for overcoming the most common Spartan Obstacles
- Explain incredible recovery strategies to stay injury free and peak just as we hit the race weekend.
- Plus, receive weekly personalized coaching to keep you on track, customize the program, and keep you accountable.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, nervous, or just scared about the race coming up, this may be the perfect program for you. In order to be considered as a beta tester you must:
- Be racing in the Big Bear Sprint or Beast this year.
- Be ready to commit to a complete training system (we can work with other workouts you are currently a part of)
- Willing to commit to 4-6 training days per week.
- Be coachable, and willing to fully commit to our training systems and programs.
- Be ready to Spartan Up and finish your best race ever.
For this program you can be a first time racer or an experienced Spartan. Programs will reflect your current training status and goals. This program will be an online based program and workouts will be adapted to what equipment you have available.
